Pre-existing conditions, drug-related matters, hit-and-run related charges and unmeritorious cases are excluded. Also, the service does not apply to incidents involving manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide, or vehicular homicide...as a result of operating your vehicle. TicketAssurance also has the right to deny any claim that it deems inappropriate or excessive. Reimbursements for impoundments are for the base rate only. Additional rates or additional daily fees will not be reimbursed.
